3. Purpose of the Contract and Nature of the Service
3.1. WB Punta Cana is an agency for booking private and shared ground transfers that operates throughout the Dominican Republic. We are a direct transportation operator. WBPC tour and travel SRL provides Users with a platform to reserve transportation services and excursions offered by independent Providers.
3.2. The contract for the provision of the transportation service or excursion is established between the User and the corresponding Provider. By making a reservation, the User enters into a direct agreement with the Provider.
3.3. Although WB verifies the quality of the services and the reputation of the Providers with which it collaborates, we assume no liability arising from any acts, omissions, errors, warranties, breaches, or negligence by these Providers, nor for personal injury, death, property damage, or other harms that the User may suffer as a result of interacting with such Providers.
4. Registration and Use of the Website
4.1. To use certain features of our Website (for example, making a reservation), you may be required to create a personal account. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during the registration process.
4.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to immediately notify WB of any unauthorized use of your credentials.
4.3. The User declares and guarantees that (i) all information supplied is truthful and accurate, (ii) they are over 18 years of age, or they have the corresponding legal authorization if they are a minor (in which case, an adult must be included in the Reservation or provide supervision), and (iii) they will use the Website only for legitimate purposes.
4.4. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a User’s account or deny access to the services at any time, especially if unauthorized use, fraud, or non-compliance with these Terms is detected.
5. Reservation Process
5.1. When making a reservation through our Website, the User must follow the instructions and complete the required information (personal details, dates, preferences, etc.). The availability of dates and services is subject to confirmation by the Provider.
5.2. Once the reservation is made, the User will receive an electronic confirmation (via email or any other method WB deems appropriate). This confirmation will include the reservation details (the hired transportation or excursion, date, time, pickup location, etc.) and the amount to be paid.
5.3. It is the User’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of all reservation details (dates, times, destinations, passenger information). Any correction or clarification must be communicated to WB as soon as possible.
5.4. WB reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel Reservations that it considers fraudulent, incomplete, or that do not meet the requirements set forth in these Terms, without creating any right to compensation for the User.
6. Payments and Billing
6.1. All Reservation payments are made exclusively by credit card through the enabled payment gateways: PayPal or Azul (a widely used payment gateway in the Dominican Republic). No cash or other forms of payment are accepted.
6.2. By completing a Reservation, the User authorizes WB (or a third party designated to collect payments) to charge the total amount of the service to the credit card provided.
6.3. The total price shown at the time of Reservation includes the cost of the transportation or excursion service and any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Any additional charges (for example, extra luggage, special assistance services, etc.) will be reflected in the product description or communicated to the User before confirming the Reservation.
6.4. The final amount charged to the User may vary if there are currency fluctuations, bank charges for international transactions, or fees imposed by the credit card issuer, for which WB is not responsible.
7. Changes and Cancellations by the User
7.1. Changes:
If the User wishes to change details of their Reservation (times, dates, destinations, passenger names, etc.), they must contact WB through the indicated service channels (email or customer service phone).
All changes are subject to the availability and approval of the Provider.
Any price difference resulting from the change (for example, a fare increase) must be paid by the User.
7.2. Cancellations:
If the User wishes to cancel their Reservation, they must notify WB in writing (via email) within the timeframe and under the conditions indicated in the reservation confirmation or in these Terms.
As a general rule, if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the date and time of the transportation or excursion service, the total amount paid will be refunded. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, a refund may not be granted.
Certain excursions and transportation services may not allow cancellations or may be subject to different refund policies, which will be indicated to the User before completing the reservation.
7.3. Failure to Show (“No Show”):
The User is responsible for arriving at the meeting point at the specified time. If they do not appear at the indicated place and time, it will be considered a “No Show” and they will lose the right to a refund.
If the delay or absence is caused by a force majeure reason, WB will evaluate the specific case as far as possible.
8. Changes and Cancellations by WB or the Provider
8.1. Occasionally, the Provider may modify essential aspects of the service reserved by the User (schedules, pickup locations, type of vehicle, itinerary, etc.). WB will notify the User as soon as it becomes aware of any significant change, and reasonable alternatives will be offered (for example, rescheduling or a refund).
8.2. In exceptional cases, WB or the Provider may cancel the service reserved. Should this occur, WB will arrange a full refund to the User, and no further compensation will be required.
8.3. WB is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of third parties, government orders, labor disputes, or any other event beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
9. Responsibilities of the Parties
9.1. Responsibility of WB:
WB acts as an intermediary between the User and the Provider.
We are not responsible for the final execution of the transportation or excursion, except for ensuring the accuracy of the provided information and the proper management of the Reservation.
WB will not be responsible for losses, personal injuries, death, property damage, or other harm arising from the Provider’s services.
In any case, WB’s liability to the User will be limited to the amount paid by the User for the relevant Reservation.
9.2. Responsibility of the User:
The User declares that they meet the age and legal capacity requirements to contract.
They agree to provide truthful and reliable information during the Reservation process.
The User is responsible for arriving on time at the meeting points and for complying with the Provider’s rules and recommendations (for example, seatbelt use, appropriate conduct on excursions, luggage restrictions, use of child safety seats, etc.).
The User must have valid travel documents (identification, visas if needed, etc.) and bear any costs resulting from non-compliance with these requirements.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. The content of the Website (text, images, logos, trademarks, designs, software, databases, etc.) is owned by WB or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws, trademark laws, and other applicable legal provisions.
10.2. The User is prohibited from copying, reproducing, transmitting, distributing, or creating derivative works based on the content of the Website without prior written consent from WB.
10.3. Any unauthorized use of the Website’s content may lead to the corresponding legal actions by WB.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
11.1. The processing of Users’ personal data is governed by WB’s Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our services, the User acknowledges having read and accepted said Policy.
11.2. WB adopts reasonable security measures to protect Users’ information. However, WB is not responsible for illegal attacks or unauthorized access to third-party systems (for example, PayPal or Azul payment gateways) that are beyond our control.
12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. These Terms and any contractual relationships arising therefrom will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic.

14. General Provisions
14.1. If any clause or part of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses.
14.2. The fact that WB does not exercise any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
14.3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and WB regarding the subject matter herein and supersede any previous communication or agreement, whether oral or written.
